Job summary

Citizant is seeking a PMO / Management Analyst to support enterprise IT and data programs through governance, portfolio oversight, reporting, and performance analytics. You will ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of program initiatives across digital product delivery and enterprise data portfolios.

You will contribute to dashboards, metrics, and executive briefings, collaborating with leadership to optimize performance and outcomes for federal projects.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of deskside help desk leadership; hands-on Windows/macOS support.
• Experience supporting federal government IT or data programs.
• Experience preparing program reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Experience supporting governance forums and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies (PMI, Agile, ITIL, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Support program management across planning, coordination, execution, and reporting.
• Maintain program schedules, milestones, and deliverables aligned to contracts.
• Track risks, dependencies, and resource usage; escalate issues.
• Prepare decision-support materials and governance dashboards.
• Develop program dashboards and analytics to inform leadership.
