Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst in New York to support project governance, reporting, and delivery activities. The role requires strong analytical skills and hands-on use of MS Project within PMO standards.

You will assist in planning, scoping, and tracking projects, while maintaining dashboards and status reports. The position emphasizes collaboration with technical teams and continuous process improvement to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in PMO support, project coordination, or project analysis.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project for scheduling and tracking.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Ability to manage technical tasks such as system updates, data analysis, or tool configuration.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking using MS Project and other PMO tools.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate with technical teams to manage dependencies, system updates, and integration tasks.
• Facilitate governance processes, including change requests, approvals, and compliance checks.
• Provide analytical support for resource allocation, budget tracking, and performance metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and reporting standards.
