Job summary

SonderMind seeks a full-time Licensed PMHNP to provide psychiatric care, including evaluations, diagnoses, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning for a diverse client population in California. The role emphasizes a productivity-based earnings model, supported by care coordination, a technology platform, and strong clinical standards.

Base salary starts at $140,000 annually with additional incentives for productivity.

Qualifications

• PMHNP with active, unrestricted license in applicable state(s).
• Must have 103 or 104 designation.
• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based care.
• Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Comfort working in a technology-enabled care environment.
• Interest in a structured, productivity-based compensation model.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychiatric care through evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Manage medications and monitor treatment progress.
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and care coordinators for continuity of care.
• Meet productivity expectations and pursue incentives.
• Utilize the InSync platform to manage caseload and care delivery.
