This role offers a guaranteed base salary starting at $140,000 per year plus productivity‑based incentives, supported by SonderMind’s care coordination, technology platform, and warm, patient‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in applicable state(s).
• 103 designation.
• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Experience with psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based care.
• Timely and accurate documentation.
• Comfort with a technology-enabled care environment.
• Interest in a productivity-based compensation model.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychiatric care through evaluations and treatment plans.
• Medication management and ongoing care; adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain clinical documentation standards compliant with requirements.
• Support continuity of care with therapists and care coordinators.
• Meet productivity expectations; baseline encounters with incentives.
• Leverage InSync platform to manage caseload and documentation.
