Job summary

SonderMind is seeking a full-time Licensed PMHNP to provide high-quality psychiatric care, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning for a diverse client population in California.

This role offers a guaranteed base salary starting at $140,000 per year, plus productivity-based incentives, supported by SonderMind’s care coordination and technology platform to enable clinicians to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• PMHNP licensed with active, unrestricted license in CA or applicable state.
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and establish diagnoses.
• Manage medications and monitor treatment progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation for client encounters in compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Meet productivity expectations with baseline completed encounters and potential incentives.
