SonderMind is seeking a full-time Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in California to provide high-quality psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management for a diverse client population. The role includes a productivity-based compensation model with a guaranteed base salary and care coordination support through SonderMind’s technology platform.

Qualifications

• PMHNP with an active, unrestricted license in the applicable state.
• Must have 103 or 104 designation.
• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Comfort working in a technology-enabled care environment.
• Interest in a productivity-based compensation model.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Manage medications and monitor progress.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation for all encounters.
• Collaborate with therapists and care coordinators for integrated care.
• Meet baseline productivity expectations with potential incentive earnings.
• Utilize the InSync platform and clinical tools to manage caseload.
