Job summary

SonderMind seeks a full-time Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for a diverse client population in California. The role includes a productivity-based compensation model and a guaranteed base salary with benefits.

Clinicians are supported by care coordination, technology platform, and organizational infrastructure, enabling focus on delivering high-quality care while meeting baseline

Qualifications

• PMHNP with active license in applicable state(s)
• Must have 103 or 104 designation
• Board-certified or board-eligible
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care
• Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Comfort working in a technology-enabled care environment
• Interest in a structured, productivity-based compensation model

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychiatric care including evaluations and treatment plans
• Medication management and ongoing care with progress monitoring
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation for client encounters
• Collaborate with therapists and care coordinators for integrated care
• Meet baseline productivity with potential incentives for additional sessions
• Utilize the InSync platform to manage caseload and care delivery
