SonderMind is seeking a full-time Licensed PMHNP (103/104) to provide psychiatric care, including evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning for a diverse client population.

The role offers a guaranteed base salary starting at $140,000 per year plus productivity-based incentives, supported by care coordination and a technology platform. CA-based practice with a structured, scalable model.

Qualifications

• PMHNP with active, unrestricted license in applicable state(s).
• Must have 103 or 104 designation.
• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Comfort working in a technology-enabled care environment.
• Interest in a structured, productivity-based compensation model.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage medications and monitor treatment progress.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and care coordinators for integrated care.
• Meet productivity expectations with potential incentives.
• Utilize the InSync platform to manage caseload and documentation.
