SonderMind in California seeks a full-time Licensed PMHNP to provide high-quality psychiatric care, including evaluations, diagnoses, and ongoing medication management for a diverse client population. Qualifications

• PMHNP license must be active and unrestricted in applicable state(s).
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychiatric care including evaluations and diagnoses.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans and medication management.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation for all client encounters.
• Collaborate with therapists and care coordinators to ensure continuity of care.
• Meet baseline productivity expectations with potential incentive-based earnings.
