SonderMind is seeking a full-time Licensed PMHNP to provide high-quality psychiatric care, including diagnostic evaluations and medication management, for a diverse client population. The role leverages SonderMind’s technology platform, care coordination, and a productivity-based incentive model within a supportive infrastructure.

The position emphasizes stable base pay starting at $140,000 per year plus incentives, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional collaboration with therapists

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in the applicable state(s)
• 103/104 PMHNP designation
• Board-certified or board-eligible
• Experience delivering psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Ability to maintain timely documentation and care coordination

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychiatric care, including evaluations and diagnoses
• Manage and monitor medications and adjust treatment plans
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation for all encounters
• Collaborate with therapists and care coordinators for continuity of care
• Meet productivity expectations while ensuring client access to care
• Utilize the InSync platform to manage caseload and documentation
