Job summary

SonderMind is seeking a full-time Licensed PMHNP in California to provide high-quality psychiatric care, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning, within a productivity-based model.

The role includes base salary starting at $140,000 per year, with incentives, care coordination support, and technology platform access. Benefits include PTO, ICHRA, dental/vision, holidays, and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• PMHNP with active, unrestricted license in applicable state(s)
• Must have 103 or 104 designation
• Board-certified or board-eligible
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care
• Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Comfort working in a technology-enabled care environment
• Interest in a structured, productivity-based compensation model
