SonderMind Professional Clinical Counselor, P.C. (SPCC) is seeking a full-time Licensed PMHNP to provide high-quality psychiatric care to a diverse client population in California.

The role includes diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning, supported by SonderMind’s care coordination, technology platform (InSync), and a productivity-based compensation model with a guaranteed base salary starting at $140,000 per year.

Qualifications

• PMHNP with active, unrestricted license in applicable state(s).
• Must have 103 or 104 designation.
• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based care.
• Timely, accurate documentation.
• Comfort with technology-enabled care.
• Interest in productivity-based compensation model.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnoses.
• Manage medications and monitor treatment progress.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of client encounters.
• Collaborate with therapists, care coordinators, and other providers.
• Meet baseline productivity expectations; potential for incentive pay.
• Leverage InSync platform and clinical tools.
