SonderMind Professional Clinical Counselor, P.C. (SPCC) is seeking a full‑time Licensed PMHNP to provide high‑quality psychiatric care, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning for a diverse client population.

The role leverages SonderMind’s technology platform and care coordination to support clinicians. The position offers a guaranteed base salary starting at $140,000 per year with productivity incentives and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in the applicable state.
• 103 or 104 designation.
• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychiatric care with comprehensive evaluations and treatment planning.
• Manage medications and monitor treatment progress.
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation for all encounters.
• Collaborate with therapists and care coordinators to ensure integrated care.
• Meet productivity expectations with base salary plus incentives.
• Leverage the InSync platform and clinical tools to manage caseload.
