SonderMind Professional Clinical Counselor, P.C. seeks a full-time Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality psychiatric care including evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management within a productivity-based model.

The role includes working with a diverse client population, leveraging the InSync platform and company infrastructure to ensure consistent care, timely documentation, and collaboration with therapists and care coordinators.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in applicable state(s).
• Must have 103 designation.
• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based care.
• Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Comfort working in a technology-enabled care environment.
• Interest in a structured, productivity-based compensation model.

Responsibilities

• Deliver High-Quality Psychiatric Care through evaluations, diagnoses, and individualized treatment plans.
• Medication Management & Ongoing Care, adjusting plans as needed.
• Maintain Clinical Documentation Standards with timely, accurate records.
• Support Continuity of Care via collaboration with therapists and coordinators.
• Meet Productivity Expectations with baseline encounters and incentives.
• Leverage Technology & Tools using the InSync platform to manage caseload.
