SonderMind is hiring a full-time Licensed PMHNP to provide psychiatric care, including evaluations, diagnoses, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning for a diverse client population.

Role includes a guaranteed base salary with productivity-based incentives and benefits designed to support clinicians in California, with emphasis on consistent access to care and professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• PMHNP with active, unrestricted license in applicable state(s).
• Must have 103 or 104 designation.
• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Comfort working in a technology-enabled care environment.

• Deliver High-Quality Psychiatric Care by conducting evaluations and creating treatment plans.
• Medication Management and Ongoing Care to optimize clinical outcomes.
• Maintain Clinical Documentation Standards per policy and payer requirements.
• Support Continuity of Care by coordinating with therapists and care team.
• Meet Productivity Expectations with base salary plus incentives.
• Leverage the InSync platform to manage caseload and documentation.
