Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage. The role emphasizes attentive, friendly and efficient service during arrival and departure in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts run Monday–Friday 6am–10am, with eligibility for a benefits program including accident insurance, illness coverage, hospital indemnity, telemedicine and 401k enrollment. Prior customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance.
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greets guests and uses proper Towne Park phone etiquette while assisting with parking and retrieval of vehicles.
• Assists guests with luggage delivery and pick up where applicable and provides bell services as needed.
• Provides directions, taxis, reservations and information about facilities and local attractions.
• Calculates and collects revenue and processes tickets and keys according to procedures.
