Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles seeks an experienced TPM Manager to lead maintenance excellence across manufacturing operations. You will develop and implement TPM pillars, set reliability KPIs, and guide a cross-functional team to improve uptime, efficiency, and asset life cycle.

You will partner with engineering and production to minimize downtime, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining safety standards and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in maintenance management with TPM leadership.
• Experience with TPM pillars and CI practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a TPM strategy to improve uptime and efficiency.
• Lead AM/PM/QM/FI pillars and KPIs; push continuous improvement.
• Manage maintenance schedules and ensure production alignment.
• Lead TPM team through training, mentoring, and workshops.
• Monitor downtime, MTTR/MTBF, and equipment reliability for management reporting.
