Bon Appétit Management Company in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a dynamic PM Sous Chef for a Marketplace operation. The role runs 12:00pm–9:30pm, Monday–Friday, with a salary of $78,000–$80,000 annually.

The Sous Chef will partner with the Chef de Cuisine to drive culinary quality, supervise a kitchen team, and ensure safety and cost controls within a high-volume cafe. You will mentor staff, manage daily operations, and align sourcing with sustainability goals while delivering exceptional guest

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen supervisory or equivalent leadership in a high-volume, quality-focused setting.
• Champions safety culture in food and workplace environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication to guide and inspire a team.
• Proficient with computer tasks and Google Suite tools.
• Passion for exceptional food, sustainability, and hospitality.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
• Experience managing in a Union environment is a plus.
