Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef with food preparation and cooking to recipes.
• Coordinate cooks and food-service associates during shifts.
• Ensure deadlines are met and maintain dish quality and consistency.
• Supervise and train hourly staff, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Maintain sanitation and proper storage of foods and supplies.
• Interact with customers to resolve complaints and relay information to supervisors.
