Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Progressive culinary and kitchen management experience.
• Experience leading teams in high-volume, complex foodservice operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in daily culinary operations.
• Supervise preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Develop seasonal menus and specials for campus dining.
