The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory kitchen experience, strong safety leadership, and excellent communication. You will mentor staff, monitor budget, and collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to elevate guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of kitchen supervisory or similar culinary leadership experience.
• Strong focus on food and workplace safety.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with computer tools, including Google Suite.
• Passion for sustainable, high-quality dining.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Experience working in a union environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Food & workplace safety management with allergen oversight.
• Culinary vision and execution of the menu with precision.
• Ensure adherence to menus, production guides, and opening/closing checklists.
• Prepare and present balanced, high-quality meals.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and guest engagement.
• Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff.
• Assist in sustainable sourcing and procurement under Chef de Cuisine.
