You will oversee food quality, drive the culinary process, and mentor a high-performing kitchen team while collaborating with the Chef de Cuisine to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage administrative tasks, budgets, and partner with stakeholders to deliver outstanding cuisine.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen supervisory experience in a high-volume catering or food service setting.
• Ability to champion and enhance a culture of Food and Workplace Safety.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the team.

Responsibilities

• Rigorously manage workplace and food safety standards, including allergen management.
• Contribute to dining experience by refining culinary offerings with precision.
• Adhere to menu and production guidelines; follow checklists and enable seamless operations.
• Prepare and present balanced meals that nourish and delight users.
• Set a high standard of hospitable service across interactions.
• Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff for continuous growth.
• Assist Chef de Cuisine in sustainable sourcing aligned with purchasing standards.
