Job summary

Willow Creek Health Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the PM shift in our skilled nursing facility. This full-time role supervises and coordinates day-to-day nursing activities to ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

The successful candidate will hold an active RN license in the state, CPR certification, and at least one year of nursing experience (long-term care preferred).

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of California.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during the PM shift and ensure quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident care and adherence to care plans and safety protocols.
• Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Assist in admissions, transfers, and discharges as required.
• Maintain documentation and reports per policies and regulations.
