Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems (PCC preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing staff during the PM shift to ensure quality resident care.
• Coordinate resident care and perform skilled assessments.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as needed.
• Make rounds and provide shift reports to oncoming staff.
• Oversee admissions, care planning, and documentation compliance.
