Job summary

Complete Care at Willow Creek is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team in our newly renovated center. You will oversee medication administration, supervise staff on the shift, and ensure resident care and safety meet all guidelines.

Schedule is 3p-11p and 11p-7a every other weekend with benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, and tuition reimbursement. Prior SNF management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• BLS and IV certification.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum 2 years SNF management experience.
• Experience supervising nursing staff on the assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift.
• Monitor medication administration and blood draws.
• Conduct unit rounds multiple times per shift.
• Provide education and support to staff, residents, and families.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Support nursing team in maintaining resident care and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
