Job summary

Willow Creek Health Care Center in Willow Creek, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the PM shift to supervise and coordinate the day-to-day nursing activities, administer medications, and ensure quality care for residents.

The RN will work under the DON/ADON, maintaining regulatory compliance and leading nursing staff while providing compassionate care and resident satisfaction. This is a full-time PM shift with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Current, active RN license in California.
At least 1 year nursing experience — no new graduates.
CPR certification required.
Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff and coordinate day-to-day activities during the PM shift.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor resident care to ensure adherence to care plans and facility standards.
Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members regarding care needs.
Assist in admissions, transfers, and discharges as required.
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
Provide ongoing training and leadership to nursing staff.
Maintain documentation and complete required reports.
