Job summary

The Alden Network is seeking CNAs for a 2 PM to 10 PM shift to provide daily nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment. You will support the care team by following established plans, documenting care, and assisting with activities of daily living.

Ideal candidates have CNA certification, CPR, and a commitment to high-quality resident care. This role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work with elderly residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Demonstrates compassion and empathy in patient care.
• Ability to work well with residents, families, and staff.
• Physical stamina to perform duties throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with daily nursing care per standards and policies.
• Assist in developing and following a care plan for each resident.
• Attend care plan conferences and participate in resident/family councils as invited.
• Record intake/output and monitor vital signs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and calm department environment.
• Assist with moving, transfers, and personal care tasks.
