Alden Terrace of McHenry Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in McHenry, IL is seeking dedicated CNAs to provide compassionate daily care to residents in a post-acute and long-term setting. The role offers full-time, part-time, and casual opportunities with a NOC shift (10 PM–6 AM) and flexible scheduling.

You will assist with ADLs, support residents, document care, and participate in a supportive team that values growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care to residents in accordance with current standards and facility policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and direct care.
• Complete required documentation and maintain care plans.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment.
