Job summary

The Alden Terrace of McHenry is seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team as CNAs. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual roles with PM shifts (2 PM – 10 PM) available.

You will provide daily nursing care, assist with ADLs, and participate in ongoing dementia and memory care trainings within a supportive environment. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, growth opportunities, and a range of comprehensive health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 12 hours of continual education annually
• 16 hours of orientation training
• ongoing dementia care trainings for memory care unit

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care to residents
• Maintain a clean, safe unit for residents and staff
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support restorative goals through teamwork with nurses and other staff
• Complete required documentation and ensure compliance with policies
