Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee service in the Food and Beverage Outlets.
• Assist the manager with training, motivating, and coaching staff.
• Monitor expenses and control labor costs.
• Ensure tables are set to standards and menus are clean and presentable.
• Be capable of training all F&B outlet employees and lead pre-meal briefings.
