Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Clovis, NM is seeking a PM&R clinician (NP/PA) to provide focused rehabilitation services at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center. You will lead clinical care with an interdisciplinary team and drive patient independence.

This part-time W2 role offers daytime hours (roughly 9 AM–4 PM), 100% malpractice coverage, a 401(k) plan, CEU opportunities, and access to CRC’s certification programs. Eligible for growth as the clinic expands.

Qualifications

• Post-acute healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in SNF settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Collaborate with PCP and therapy teams to manage SNF conditions.
