Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Clovis, NM seeks a PM&R clinician (NP/APRN/PA) for a part-time role at a designated SNF. You will provide specialized PM&R services and work with a post-acute therapy team to promote patient independence.

Requirements include NP/APRN/PA license and NM license, plus ability to work in the U.S. The position offers weekday hours (approx. 9 AM–4 PM) with $75/hour starting pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner/APRN/PA License required.
• New Mexico state license required.
• Ability to work in the U.S. required.
• Post-acute space experience preferred.
• Strong attitude and commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in your facility and lead interdisciplinary care.
• Collaborate with PCP teams to manage SNF/post-acute conditions.
• Coordinate with PT, OT, and SLP to improve patient function.
• Track progress and follow therapy outcomes with the team.
• Address barriers to therapy such as pain, spasticity, and neuro conditions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing education.
