Comprehensive Rehab Consultants seeks a PM&R clinician to join our post-acute care team in Gallup, NM. This 16-hour, part-time W2 role focuses on delivering PM&R/physiatry services at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center.

You’ll collaborate with PCPs and therapy staff, maintain autonomy in daily workflow, and participate in ongoing education and leadership activities. NM license required; NP/APRN/PA licensure; eligible to work in the U.S. Pay starts at $75 per hour.

Aufgaben

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services at a rehab facility.
• Represent CRC in the facility with clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCP teams and therapy staff to manage SNF conditions.
• Coordinate with PT/OT/SLP to improve patient function.
• Track progress and address barriers to therapy.
• Participate in culture building and ongoing education.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge gaps between therapy and medicine.
