Hyatt Place Dallas/Grapevine is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and friendly farewells. You’ll be the face of the hotel, coordinating reservations and requests with precision, in a PM shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Key responsibilities include guest service excellence, clear communication, fast problem-solving, and multitasking across reservations and financial details.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
