Festival Foods is seeking a Deli Assistant Department Manager - PM to lead a fast-paced deli team and support the Deli Department Manager in daily operations. You will drive guest satisfaction and ensure efficient, safe deli operations.

The role requires leadership experience in a Counter Lead or Night Lead position, a focus on safety, and strong communication skills to coach staff and deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced retail or deli environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail food business, merchandising, and perishable operations.
• Excellent communication with associates and guests; able to motivate a diverse team.
