Festival Foods in Menasha, WI is seeking a Deli Assistant Department Manager - PM to lead our deli team in a fast-paced grocery environment. You’ll guide staff, manage daily operations, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

This full-time role requires leadership in a perishable department, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with store management. Shift coverage includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in a deli or grocery environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail food business and perishable operations.
• ServeSafe certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Deli team and support the Deli Department Manager in achieving labor goals and department profitability.
• Coach staff, uphold Festival culture, and drive guest service and performance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain inventory, pricing accuracy, and handle special orders.
• Collaborate on interviews, hiring, and performance reviews.
• Ensure safety standards and food safety logs are followed.
• Provide feedback and training during 30/60/90 day milestones.
