• Support shrink reduction and cost controls to protect gross profit.
• Develop and mentor deli associates through coaching and training.
• Lead by example in guest service and department cleanliness.
• Place orders with vendors for events and holidays.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and manage inventories.
• Provide guidance and participate in performance reviews.
