Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience with diagnostic skills.
• Ability to educate homeowners and present Good/Better/Best options.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Identify additional service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Knowledge of local plumbing and mechanical codes.
• Journeyman plumbing license is a plus.
• Proficient with tablets and mobile software for estimates and service docs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Committed to exceptional workmanship and customer experience on every service call.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Educate homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems.
• Present repair and replacement options that empower customers to choose the best solution.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and upgrades to meet customer needs.
• Perform repairs in compliance with local codes and company standards.
• Complete accurate estimates, invoices, and service documentation using mobile technology.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and income potential.
