HELP is seeking an experienced Plumbing Technician to diagnose and repair residential plumbing while educating homeowners on the condition of their systems. The role emphasizes customer-first service, presenting Good/Better/Best options, and driving satisfaction and repeat business.

Located in Cincinnati, this field-based position offers ongoing training, company vehicle, and opportunities to advance income through performance-based pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Ability to educate homeowners and present Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using tablets and mobile software to complete estimates and service documentation.
• Journeyman plumbing license is a plus.

• Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, water quality solutions, fixture replacements, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform repairs in compliance with all local plumbing codes and company quality standards.
• Complete accurate estimates, invoices, and service documentation using mobile technology.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.
• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training to continually improve your skills and income potential.

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
