HELP is seeking an experienced Plumbing Technician to diagnose and repair residential plumbing while educating homeowners on the condition of their systems. The role emphasizes customer-first service, presenting Good/Better/Best options, and driving satisfaction and repeat business.

Located in Cincinnati, this field-based position offers ongoing training, company vehicle, and opportunities to advance income through performance-based pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Ability to educate homeowners and present Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using tablets and mobile software to complete estimates and service documentation.
• Journeyman plumbing license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Educate homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems.
• Present repair and replacement options that fit home and budget.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and maintenance.
• Perform repairs in compliance with local plumbing codes and company standards.
• Complete accurate estimates, invoices, and service docs using mobile technology.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and a professional appearance.
• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training to improve skills and income potential.
