HELP Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Plumbing Technician to diagnose, educate homeowners, and offer repair and replacement options in a consultative, customer-first setting. You will deliver workmanship of the highest standard while driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Educate homeowners and present Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Identify additional service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Knowledge of local plumbing and mechanical codes.
• Journeyman plumbing license is a plus.
• Comfortable using tablets and mobile software to complete estimates and service documentation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Educate homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Present repair and replacement options that fit the customer's home and budget.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, water quality solutions, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform repairs in compliance with local codes and company standards.

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
