Job summary

1-800-Plumber + Air South Corridor is seeking a customer-focused in-office Customer Service Representative / Service Dispatcher in Englewood. Hours 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday; this role is ideal for someone starting their career or balancing school.

You will handle daily office operations, dispatch technicians, manage job flow, assist with billing, and ensure every customer enjoys a high-quality experience from initial call through completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in office, dispatch, customer service or administrative work.
• Plumbing, HVAC or home services knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and gather customer and job information.
• Dispatch service calls and coordinate technician schedules.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and collections.
• Ensure accurate job notes and documentation.
• Maintain organized job records and permits.
• Support with office admin and process improvements.
