Job summary

Sirius Plumbing and Air Conditioning in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an organized dispatcher to coordinate daily schedules for our plumbing and HVAC technicians and provide backup CSR support when needed.

You will keep jobs on schedule, relay updates to customers and technicians, record details in our service software, and collaborate with teams to resolve service concerns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching, scheduling, logistics, or customer service.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to stay calm and manage competing priorities.
• Familiarity with the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch plumbing and HVAC technicians based on location, availability, and job requirements.
• Adjust schedules as priorities change and communicate ETA updates.
• Answer customer calls when additional CSR support is needed.
• Record accurate job details and customer concerns in our service software.
• Coordinate with technicians, customer service, parts, and management.
• Follow up with customers and help resolve service concerns.
