Job summary
Happy Home is seeking a Plumbing Sales/Commercial Estimator to be the face of our plumbing business in the field. You will generate new business, build lasting customer relationships, and turn opportunities into signed work through accurate, competitive estimates.
You will evaluate jobs on-site, prepare detailed proposals, present options, and close the sale. The role blends technical plumbing knowledge with consultative selling, requiring comfort with crawl spaces, homeowners, and property
Qualifications
- 3+ years plumbing industry experience.
- Proven success in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles.
- Ability to scope and price plumbing jobs and explain technical work plainly.
- Valid driver’s license; clean driving record; background check.
- Plumbing license or journeyman card a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and leads.
- Estimate on-site jobs with labor, materials, and permits.
- Present options (good/better/best) to customers.
- Serve as primary contact from first visit to job completion.
- Document interactions in CRM/field system.
