Job summary

Happy Home is seeking a Plumbing Sales/Commercial Estimator to generate new business, evaluate jobs on-site, and deliver detailed estimates and proposals. You will present options to customers and close deals while building trust with homeowners and property managers.

The role blends technical plumbing knowledge with consultative selling, requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to read plans when needed. Travel locally to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing industry experience in field, service, or sales.
• Proven success in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to accurately scope and price plumbing jobs and explain technical work clearly.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and leads.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and contractors.
• Prepare detailed on-site estimates covering labor, materials, and permits.
• Present options (good/better/best) and close the sale.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, and execution with service manager and techs.
• Track win/loss and adjust pricing based on market feedback.
