Happy Home is seeking a Plumbing Sales/Commercial Estimator to be the face of our plumbing business in the field, responsible for generating new business, building lasting customer relationships, and turning opportunities into signed work through accurate, competitive estimates.

This role blends technical plumbing knowledge with consultative selling: evaluating jobs on-site, preparing detailed proposals, presenting options to customers, and closing the sale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing industry experience in field, service, or sales.
• Proven success in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to accurately scope and price plumbing jobs; read plans when needed.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable using CRM software, estimating tools, tablets, and standard office applications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Plumbing license or journeyman card is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Proactively generate new business through referrals, networking, community engagement, and follow-up on company-provided leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, builders, general contractors, and commercial accounts to drive repeat and referral business.
• Represent the company at trade events, home shows, and community functions as a trusted plumbing advisor.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on all open proposals and past customers to maximize close rates and lifetime customer value.
• Perform on-site evaluations of residential and light commercial plumbing projects and prepare accurate estimates.
