Job summary

Happy Home is seeking a Plumbing Sales/Commercial Estimator to drive new business by evaluating on-site plumbing projects, preparing detailed estimates, and presenting options to customers. You will close sales and coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth execution while building lasting relationships with homeowners, managers, and contractors.

The role blends hands-on field assessment with consultative selling, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and CRM/estimating tool

Qualifications

• 3+ years in plumbing industry or related field with sales/estimating exposure.
• Proven success in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to scope and price plumbing jobs and explain technical work clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site evaluations of residential and light commercial plumbing projects.
• Prepare accurate estimates covering labor, materials, equipment and permits.
• Present options (good/better/best) and help customers select solutions.
• Close sales and coordinate with service manager and field technicians after sale.
• Track win/loss results and adjust pricing based on market feedback.
