Job summary

Happy Home is seeking a Plumbing Sales/Commercial Estimator to act as the face of the plumbing division, generating new business and turning opportunities into signed work.

The role blends technical plumbing knowledge with consultative selling, evaluating on-site jobs, preparing detailed estimates, and presenting options to homeowners and property managers. A successful candidate will build trust across crawl spaces and client desks alike.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing industry experience (field, service, or sales) with knowledge of codes and installation practices.
• Proven success in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to scope and price plumbing jobs and explain technical work in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare accurate estimates covering labor, materials, equipment and permits with healthy margins.
• Present options (good/better/best) and close sales.
• Serve as primary contact from first visit to job completion and maintain CRM records.
