Happy Home is seeking a Plumbing Sales/Commercial Estimator to represent our plumbing division in the field, generate new business, and build lasting customer relationships. You will assess jobs on-site, prepare detailed estimates, and present options to homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients while closing deals.

The role blends plumbing knowledge with consultative selling, requiring comfort in crawl spaces and in-person discussions to earn trust and deliver value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in plumbing industry (field, service, or sales) with knowledge of plumbing systems and codes.
• Proven success in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to scope and price plumbing jobs and explain technical work clearly.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; effective networker.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, builders, and contractors.
• Prepare accurate, detailed estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and permits.
• Present options (good/better/best) and help customers choose solutions.
• Coordinate with service manager and technicians to confirm scope and execution after sale.
