Job summary

Happy Home is seeking a Plumbing Sales/Commercial Estimator to represent the company in the field, generate new business, and turn opportunities into signed work through accurate estimates and proposals. This role blends technical plumbing knowledge with consultative selling, evaluating jobs on-site and presenting options that fit customer budgets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in plumbing with field, service, or sales experience.
• Ability to scope and price plumbing jobs clearly and accurately.
• Experience presenting options and closing deals with homeowners or managers.
• Proficient with CRM systems and estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site evaluations and prepare detailed estimates.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, builders, and GC's.
• Present options, negotiate, and close sales.
• Coordinate with service manager and technicians after sale.
• Track win/loss results to adjust pricing.
